Melexis 2-wire programmable Hall Effect Switch or Latch

Freely configurable two-wire Hall switch/latch with high ESD resistance, excellent EMC performance and wide operating voltage range.
Integrated thermal overload protection, reverse voltage protection, output overcurrent protection and undervoltage shutdown.
Integrated negative temperature coefficient for magnetic compensation enables precise switching points over the entire temperature range.
Suitable for use as a switch in automotive, consumer and industrial applications or as a proximity or limit switch.
