Melexis 3-wire Hall Effect Latch

Three-wire Hall latch with high ESD rating, excellent EMC performance and wide operating voltage range.
Integrated thermal overload protection, reverse voltage protection, output overcurrent protection and undervoltage shutdown.
The integrated negative temperature coefficient for NdFeB magnets or ferrites enables precise switching points over the entire temperature range.
Suitable for use in motor commutation and as switches in automotive, consumer and industrial applications or as proximity or limit switches.
