Melexis MLX91210
integrated current sensor for currents up to ±50A from DC to 100kHz

Sensor based on Hall effect for galvanically isolated measurement of currents.
Wide range of applications in current measurement such as AC/DC converters, power monitoring (UPS/Server/IT), overcurrent detection, motor controllers, hybrid vehicles, charge controllers, inverters, photovoltaics, etc.

- Measuring range ±25A or ±50A
- Sensitivity 80mV/A (±25A) or 40mV/A (±50A)
- Resistance in current path 0.8mOhm (SO-8) or 0.7mOhm (SO-16)
- Continuous load at 25°C ±35A (SO-8) or ±40A (SO-16)
- Bandwidth DC up to 100kHz
- Response time typ. 5µs
- Isolation voltage 2.1kV RMS (SO-8) or 2.5kV RMS (SO-16)
- Ratiometric analog output (0.5...4.5V linear)
- Proportional voltage analog to current (50%Vdd at 0A)
- Temperature range -40...+125°C
- Package SOIC-8 or SOIC-16
