Melexis Triaxis Sin/Cos Magnetic Resolver with analog output

Very fast, absolute measuring sine/cosine encoder with Melexis Triaxis technology and IMC-disk (Integrated Magnetic Concentrator) based on the Hall effect for non-contact position determination of a magnet in rotary or end-of-shaft, off-axis or through-shaft applications. The IC is offered pre-configured for various magnet arrangements such as X/Y, X/Z or Z/Y. A diametral magnet is required for control.

- Magnetic temperature compensation for NdFeB, SmCo or ferrite
- Sensitivity optionally 10 ... 70mT
- 2µ sampling rate per axis
- 4µ output refresh rate
- Angular speed up to 25'000 rpm.
- Temperature range -40...+150°C
- Package SOIC-8 (8 pin; single-DIE) or TSSOP-16 (16 pin; dual-DIE)
- Dual-mold enclosure for PCB-less design on request
