Melexis Triaxis 3D Linear & Rotary Position Sensor MLX90367 as Single-DIE (SOIC8) or Dual-DIE (TSSOP16)
ASIL-capable, absolute measuring linear and rotary position sensor with
Melexis Triaxis technology and IMC- disk (Integrated Magnetic Concentrator)
based on the Hall effect. Suitable for non-contact linear and rotary
position sensing as well as 1/2 joysticks or travel levers.
The sensor has a SENT interface according to SAE J2716-2010.
Thanks to the wide range of diagnostic options, this sensor is particularly
suitable for use in applications with increased functional safety
requirements according to ISO 26262 / IEC 61508 or SIL or ASIL
(safety manual available upon request).
A simple axial or diametral magnet is sufficient for control.

The ICs are unprogrammed and can only be reprogrammed or adapted to the magnetic design by a Melexis Programmer PTC-04.
