Melexis Differential Dynamic Hall Effect Sensor (Gear & Cam Sensor)
Differential sensor for speed detection of gears or camshafts in mechanical engineering and automotive applications. Used e.g. in contactless ignition (TDC sensor), in gearboxes or as ABS sensor. For control, the sensor can be biased on the back with a back-bias magnet. The NMOS open-drain output is short-circuit protected.
