Melexis 13.56MHz Sensor TAG / Datalogger IC
RFID transponder IC with two measuring bridges and an internal temperature sensor in a TSSOP20 package for non-contact cold chain or goods monitoring. The MLX90129 is designed for low power and battery-less RFID applications in the 13.56MHz band. The two measuring bridges can be configured for a wide range of physical measurands, making the sensor particularly suitable for use as a mobile, non-contact readout data logger in the medical, food or logistics industries.
The sensor chip can be configured via ISO15693 RFID or SPI, an external memory (EEPROM) can also be connected to the SPI port.
