Inductive absolute measuring linear and rotary position sensor applications - immune to stray fields by design. Suitable for non-contact linear and rotary position sensing in automotive, medical or industrial applications. The MLX90513 sensor is ASIL-C capable, features analog, PWM, SENT or SPC output optionally and can be operated at ambient temperatures from -40°C up to +160°. The absolute position is calculated on-chip and can be linearised with up to 32 points.
