Online Dispute Resolution (ODR Regulation)
On 09.01.2016, the regulation of the (EU) No. 524/2013, for the "online resolution of consumer disputes" comes into force.
This so-called ODR Regulation (Online Dispute Resolution) aims to provide an independent, impartial, transparent, effective,
fast and fair out-of-court possibility for the settlement of disputes.
These disputes may arise from the cross-border online sale of goods or provision of services throughout the EU.
