Melexis 3-wire Hall Effect Latch
Low-cost three-wire Hall latch with high ESD rating, excellent EMC performance
and wide operating voltage range.
Integrated thermal overload protection, reverse voltage protection, output
overcurrent protection and undervoltage shutdown.
The integrated negative temperature coefficient for NdFeB or Ferrite magnets enables
precise switching points over the entire temperature range.
Especially suitable for use in motor commutation as well as switches in the
automotive, consumer and industrial sectors or as proximity or limit switches.
