integrated current sensor for currents up to ±75A from DC to 300kHz

Sensor based on Hall effect for galvanically isolated measurement of currents.
Wide range of applications in current measurement such as AC/DC converters, power monitoring (UPS/Server/IT), overcurrent detection, motor controllers, hybrid vehicles, charge controllers, inverters, photovoltaics, etc.

- Sensitivity 120mV/A (±17A), 80mV/A (±25A), 66mV/A (±30A), 40mV/A (±50A) or 26.7mV/A (±75A)
- Resistance in current path 1.09mOhm (SOIC-8) or 0.89mOhm (SOIC-16)
- Continuous load at -40°C ...+85°C ±25A (SOIC-8) resp. ±30A (SOIC-16)
- Bandwidth DC up to 300kHz
- Response time typ. 2µs
- Isolation voltage 3.5kV RMS (SO-8) oder 5.4kV RMS (SO-16)
