Melexis Triaxis Linear & Rotary Position Sensor
Configurable multipoint characteristic curve, single or dual DIE, temperatures -40...+150°C

Melexis Triaxis 3D Linear & Rotary Position Sensor

ASIL-capable, absolute measuring linear, rotary and 1/2 joystick position sensor with Melexis Triaxis technology and IMC-disk (Integrated Magnetic Concentrator) based on the Hall effect. Suitable for non-contact linear and rotational position sensing.
A simple axial or diametral magnet is sufficient for control.

Successor to the MLX90360 with lower current consumption, extended diagnostic functions and a high refresh rate of less than 300µsec.
Factory calibrated correction factors make it ideal for linear applications.

The MLX90365 is already designed as a Safety Element out-of-Context (SEooC) according to safety aspects that meet the SIL or ASIL qualification of the application with respect to ISO26262. A safety manual is available upon request.
