Melexis Triaxis Linear & Rotary Position Sensor

Absolute measuring linear, rotary and 1/2 joystick position sensor with Melexis Triaxis technology and IMC-disk (Integrated Magnetic Concentrator) based on the Hall effect. Suitable for non-contact linear and rotational position sensing.
A simple axial or diametral magnet is sufficient for control.

- Linearisation with up to 17 interpolation points or 16 segments
- Angle calculation options for linear, rotation or 1/2 joystick movement
- Analog output (12bit) or PWM (12bit)
- Alternatively pre-programmed variants
- Temperature ranges from -40...+150°C
- Operating voltage 5V (4.5~5.5V)
- Single DIE or Dual DIE (fully redundant)
- Chip revision "ACD“
- Package 8pin SOIC8 or 16pin TSSOP16

The ICs are partly unprogrammed and can only be reprogrammed or adapted to the magnetic design by a
Melexis Programmer PTC-04.
Pre-programmed variants are locked and cannot be further modified!
