Melexis Triaxis Linear & Rotary Position Sensor

Absolute measuring linear, rotary and 1/2 joystick position sensor with Melexis Triaxis technology and IMC-disk (Integrated Magnetic Concentrator) based on the Hall effect. Suitable for non-contact linear and rotational position sensing.
A simple axial or diametral magnet is sufficient for control.
Available as programmable or configurable version (standard) as well as pre-configured to 90°, 180°, 270° or 360° characteristic.

- Alternatively pre-programmed variants (analog output 80%Vdd to 90°, 180°, 270° or 360°)
- Linearisation with up to 17 interpolation points or 16 segments
- Angle calculation options for linear, rotation or 1/2 joystick movement
- Analog output (12bit) or PWM (12bit)
- Temperature ranges up to -40...+150°C
- Operating voltage 5V (4.5~5.5V)
- Chip revision "AAA“
- Package 8pin SOIC8 (single DIE) or 16pin TSSOP16 (dual DIE or fully redundant)

The "Standard" versions are unprogrammed and can only be reprogrammed
or adapted to the magnetic design by a Melexis Programmer PTC-04.
Preconfigured variants are locked and cannot be further modified.
