Melexis Triaxis rotation angle sensor
Configurable characteristic curve, single or dual DIE, temperature range -40...+150°C

Melexis Triaxis rotary angle sensor

Absolute measuring angle sensor with Melexis Triaxis technology and IMC disk (Integrated Magnetic Concentrator) based on the Hall effect. Suitable for non-contact potentiometers, throttle valves, control levers, steering angle or position sensors.
A simple diametral magnet is sufficient for control.

- Programmable characteristic curve
- Output PWM (12bit), analog (12bit) or SPI (14bit resolution)
- Alternatively pre-programmed variants
- Temperature ranges -40...+150°C
- Operating voltage 5V (4.5~5.5V)
- Single DIE or Dual DIE (fully redundant)
- Package 8pin SOIC8 or 16pin TSSOP16

Die hier angebotenen Bauteile sind teils unprogrammiert und nicht schreibgeschützt.
Die Bausteine können nur mit dem Melexis Programmer PTC-04 programmiert bzw. auf das Magnetdesign eingelernt werden.
Vorprogammierte Varianten sind schreibgeschützt und können nicht weiter verändert werden!
