Melexis linear Hall sensor

Available in different versions with 3.3V or 5V supply. Sensitivities of 18.8mV/mT, 25mV/mT, 50mV/mT or 100mV/mT. Magnetic temperature compensation 0ppm/°C (e.g. for current measurement), 500ppm/°C (SmCo magnet) or 2000ppm/°C (ferrite). Package TO92-3L (THT) or TSOT-3L (SMD). Temperature range -40°C ... +150°C.
