Melexis gear and cam sensor

Self-adapting sensor for speed detection of gears or camshafts in mechanical engineering and automotive applications. Used e.g. in contactless ignition, in gearboxes or as ABS sensor. For control, the sensor must be biased on the back with a bias magnet (south pole). The open-collector output is short-circuit protected.
