Melexis 125kHz RFID Transceiver IC

The MLX90109 RFID transceiver is designed for low power consumption and low cost, low component count. For operation only a coil (L) and a capacitor (C) for the desired frequency range of 100~150kHz are required externally, an additional oscillator is not necessary. The range of applications extends from immobilizers to access control, goods identification and building and security technology.
