Melexis SensorEyeC Light-to-Frequency Converter

This high precision and temperature insensitive light converter converts light intensity into frequency. On one chip the sensor combines photodiode, amplifier and output stage. The device is RoHS compliant and the automotive version is qualified according to AEC-Q100.
