Melexis Development Kit for the MLX90109 125kHz RFID Transceiver IC

The development kit DVK90109 consists of a controller board (DVKRFID), the evaluation board EVB90109 and a configuration software. The EVB90109 is connected to the controller board via a 10pin DIL socket and can be configured or tested via RS232 and the software.
The MLX90109 RFID transceiver is designed for low power consumption and low cost, low component count. For operation only a coil (L) and a capacitor (C) for the desired frequency range of 100~150kHz are required externally, an additional oscillator is not necessary. The range of applications extends from immobilizers to access control, goods identification and building and security technology.
