Melexis 3-wire Hall Effect Latch
Dreidraht Hall-Latch mit hoher ESD Festigkeit, exzellenter EMV Performance und
weitem Betriebsspannungsbereich.
Integrierter thermischer Überlastschutz, Schutz vor Rückwärtsspannung,
Überstromschutz am Ausgang und Abschaltung bei Unterspannung.
Der integrierte negative Temperaturkoeffizient für NdFeB-Magnete oder Ferrite
ermöglicht präzise Schaltpunkte über den gesamten Temperaturbereich.
Geeignet für den Einsatz in der Motorkommutierung sowie als Schalter im
Automobil-, Konsumer- und Industriebereich oder als Näherungs- bzw. Endschalter.
